Data Deletion

1. Email daniel@blokstreams.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us how we know you: your Instagram username if you messaged one of our Instagram accounts, or the email address of your Podwave Studios account.
3. We delete the data within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you before deleting an account.

We delete your Instagram-scoped user ID, username, name, the messages you sent and the replies we sent you. You can also stop any further data reaching us by blocking or not messaging the account. If you own an Instagram account connected to our automatic replies, disconnecting it in Podwave Studios deletes its token, templates and message log immediately, and you can remove our access in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites.

We close the account and delete its data and generated content, and revoke any connected YouTube or Instagram access. Billing records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires. Disconnecting a YouTube channel from the Channels page revokes its access straight away, without waiting for a full deletion.
